Our story

Storigraphic is a Cambridgeshire-based design studio, sustainable brand and lifestyle store founded by lifelong best friends and designers, Nic and Roz.

Launched in 2020, our vision is to transform the everyday by producing exclusively designed, sustainably led, high-quality products, accessible to everyone.

We are an independent business that puts principles before profit, investing in UK craftsmanship and helping to build a more sustainable future. Every detail matters, from the design of our collections to the weight of our paper and precision of printing, from our environmentally certified materials to our recyclable packaging. We avoid overproduction by choosing to manufacture in small batches, ensuring each piece receives the care it deserves whilst reducing waste and supporting our local economy.

Our design inspiration draws from a vibrant tapestry of influences including pop culture, art history, fashion, mid-century design, nature, and modern architecture. We celebrate the beauty and innovation of heritage design through our modern lens, infusing our collections with colour richness, pattern and narrative across paperware, stationery, gifts and accessories, alongside our homeware and interiors range, Storihome.

We are practising advocates for equity, inclusivity, and diversity. We love what we do and work hard to bring our very best every day.

Meet our Founders,
Nic & Roz

Nic and Roz met in 1992 whilst studying at art school, and before they knew it, fast became the best of friends. Little did they know then, how much their blossoming friendship would impact their future lives.

Following graduation, the happy pair moved to London to pursue their careers and begin a new chapter of learning to be proper adults.

In the late 90's, after a couple of years of working in the creative industries, they took the big leap of setting up their first business, together — a commercial design studio in East London. At the tender age of 25, they pooled resources and spent the next many years working all hours, meeting challenges and loving their work, continuing to learn, earn, build and grow.

The duo experienced achievements, hardships, rewarding ventures and adventures at each other's side, and throughout it all they were determined to push through and stay true to their passion and love for producing good design. Their hard work paid off, the studio is still going strong today.

During this time, they had thoughts about setting up a creative publishing platform, where they could extend their passion for design and focus on developing everyday products through sustainable UK manufacturing.

So from that Nic and Roz again threw themselves into establishing something new and Storigraphic was born in 2020, during the pandemic where it began its optimistic journey of development. This time around, they were older, somewhat wiser, and arguably, proper adults.
