Terms of Service
This website is operated by Storigraphic Limited (Company No. 11855419).
Last updated 25 May 2026.
Overview of Conditions
Throughout the site, the terms “we”, “us” and “our” refer to Storigraphic Limited. Storigraphic Limited offers this website, including all information and services available from this site to you, the user, conditioned upon your acceptance of all terms, conditions, policies and notices stated here.
By visiting our site and/or purchasing something from us, you engage in our “Service” and agree to be bound by the following terms and conditions (“Terms of Service ”, “Terms”), including those additional terms and conditions and policies referenced herein and/or available by hyperlink. These Terms of Service apply to all users of the site, including without limitation users who are browsers, vendors, customers, merchants, and/or contributors of content.
Please read these Terms of Service carefully before accessing or using our website. By accessing or using any part of the site, you agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree to all the terms and conditions of this agreement, then you may not access the website or use any services.
Any new features or tools that are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Terms of Service. You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time on this page. We reserve the right to change these Terms at any time. Amendments will take effect when posted on the Website.
Our shop is hosted on Shopify. They provide us with the online e-commerce platform that allows us to sell our products and services to you.
Nothing in these Terms of Service limits or affects your statutory rights as a consumer under UK law, including (without limitation) your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015 and the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. In the event of any conflict between these Terms and your statutory rights, your statutory rights will prevail.
General Conditions
We reserve the right to refuse service to anyone for any reason at any time. You understand that your content (but not including credit or debit card information), may be transferred unencrypted and involve (a) transmissions over various networks; and (b) changes to conform and adapt to technical requirements of connecting networks or devices. Credit card information is always encrypted during transfer over networks.
The headings used in this agreement are included for convenience only and will not limit or otherwise affect these Terms.
Changes to the Website
We aim to update the Website regularly and may change the content and services at any time. We reserve the right to improve, amend, or suspend the service provided on the Website or close the Website indefinitely at any time without notice. Any of the content on the Website may be out of date at any given time and we are under no obligation to update such content. We shall not be liable to you or to any third-party for any modification, price change, suspension or discontinuance of the Service. Prices for our products are subject to change without notice.
Products or Services
Certain products may be available exclusively online through the website. These products or services may have limited quantities.
We have made every effort to display as accurately as possible the colours and images of our products that appear at the store. We cannot guarantee that your computer or device’s display of any colour will be accurate.
We reserve the right, but are not obliged, to limit the sales of our products or Services to any person or geographic region. We may exercise this right on a case-by-case basis. We reserve the right to limit the quantities of any products or services that we offer. All descriptions of products or product pricing are subject to change at anytime without notice, at the sole discretion of us. We reserve the right to discontinue any product at any time. Any offer for any product or service made on this site is void where prohibited.
We do not warrant that the quality of any products, services, information, or other material purchased or obtained by you will meet your expectations, or that any errors on the Website will be corrected.
Shipping and Delivery
We will aim to have your product orders packed and despatched within 3 working days, however there may be times when this will vary, especially in busy periods and festive holidays.
Thereafter, delivery time will depend on your delivery address and the postal service used.
We will send your order by the most appropriate service, including Royal Mail (tracked).
Returns and Refunds
If you are a consumer purchasing through our website, you have the right under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013 to cancel your order within 14 days.
When the cancellation period ends
The cancellation period ends 14 days after the day on which you (or someone you nominate, other than the carrier) receives the goods. Where your order is delivered in multiple parts, the period ends 14 days after the day you receive the final item.
How to cancel
To exercise your right to cancel, you must inform us of your decision before the 14-day period expires. The simplest way is to email us at hello@storigraphic.com with your order number and a brief note that you wish to cancel.
If you prefer, you may use the Model Cancellation Form set out at the end of this section — but this is not required, and a clear email is sufficient.
To meet the cancellation deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your communication before the 14-day period has ended.
Returning the goods
You must return the goods to us without undue delay, and in any event no later than 14 days after the day on which you notify us of your cancellation. The deadline is met if you send the goods before the 14-day period has expired.
You will be responsible for the direct cost of returning the goods. We recommend using a tracked or signed-for service, as you remain responsible for the goods until they reach us. Returns should be sent to: Storigraphic Limited, 16 High Street, Shepreth, Royston, Cambridgeshire SG8 6PP.
Refunds
We will refund the price you paid for the goods, including the cost of standard delivery. We are not required to refund any supplementary delivery costs you chose above the least expensive standard delivery option we offer.
We will make the refund without undue delay, and no later than 14 days after either the day we receive the goods back from you, or the day you provide evidence of having returned them, whichever is the earlier. We will refund using the same payment method you used for the original transaction, unless you expressly agree otherwise.
Condition of returned goods
You may handle the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functioning — in other words, you may inspect them as you would in a shop. If the value of the goods is reduced as a result of handling beyond this, we may deduct an amount from your refund to reflect the diminished value.
Model Cancellation Form
Complete and return this form only if you wish to cancel your contract. You do not need to use this form — a clear email telling us you wish to cancel is equally valid.
To: Storigraphic Limited, 16 High Street, Shepreth, Royston, Cambridgeshire SG8 6PP. Email: hello@storigraphic.com
I/We hereby give notice that I/We cancel my/our contract of sale of the following goods:
Ordered on / Received on:
Name of consumer(s):
Address of consumer(s):
Signature of consumer(s) (only if this form is notified on paper):

Made-to-order items
A few of our products are made-to-order from our range of designs. These items are produced after you place your order, but as the designs are part of our standard range, the 14-day right to cancel set out above continues to apply.
The right to cancel does not apply to goods that are genuinely bespoke or personalised — for example, items produced to non-standard dimensions specified by you, items featuring custom artwork or text supplied by you, or items with a name, monogram or similar personalisation added at your request. Where this exemption applies, we will make it clear on the product page, or by email and at checkout before you place your order.
Goodwill return
In addition to your statutory cancellation rights above, we offer a goodwill returns policy for items returned to us unused and in their original condition within 28 days of receipt. This goodwill policy sits alongside, and does not affect or limit, your statutory rights.
Faulty or damaged goods
Nothing in this section affects your statutory rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015. If your goods are faulty, not as described, or not fit for purpose, you may be entitled to a repair, replacement, refund or partial refund depending on the circumstances. Please contact us as soon as possible if there is a problem with your order, and we will work with you to resolve it.
Payment, Accuracy of Billing and Account Information
All payments are securely handled by Shopify and Paypal — we do not store your details of your credit card, nor do we share any customer payment details with any third parties.
We regret we are unable accept cheques, money orders or cash payments.
We reserve the right to refuse any order you place with us. We may, at our sole discretion, limit or cancel quantities purchased per person, per household or per order.
These restrictions may include orders placed by or under the same customer account, the same credit card, and/or orders that use the same billing and/or shipping address. In the event that we make a change to or cancel an order, we may attempt to notify you by contacting the email and/or billing address/phone number provided at the time the order was made. We reserve the right to limit or prohibit orders that, in our sole judgment, appear to be placed by dealers, resellers or distributors.
You agree to provide current, complete and accurate purchase and account information for all purchases made at our store. You agree to promptly update your account and other information, including your email address and credit card numbers and expiration dates, so that we can complete your transactions and contact you as needed.
User Comments and Feedback
We may, but have no obligation to, monitor, edit or remove content that we determine in our sole discretion are unlawful, offensive, threatening, libellous, defamatory, pornographic, obscene or otherwise objectionable or violates any party’s intellectual property or these Terms and Conditions.
You agree that your comments will not violate any right of any third party, including copyright, trademark, privacy, personality or other personal or proprietary right. You further agree that your comments will not contain libellous or otherwise unlawful, abusive or obscene material, or contain any computer virus or other malware that could in any way affect the operation of the Service or any related website. You may not use a false email address, pretend to be someone other than yourself, or otherwise mislead us (or third parties) as to the origin of any comments. You are solely responsible for any comments you make and their accuracy. We take no responsibility and assume no liability for any comments posted by you or any third-party.
Personal Information and data
Your submission of personal information through the store is governed by our Privacy Policy. Please read this page for further information.
Errors, Inaccuracies and Omissions
Occasionally there may be information on our site or in the Service that contains typographical errors, inaccuracies or omissions that may relate to product descriptions, pricing, promotions, offers, product shipping charges, shipping times and availability.
We reserve the right to correct any errors, inaccuracies or omissions, and to change or update information or cancel orders if any information in the Service or on any related website is inaccurate at any time without prior notice (including after you have submitted your order).
We undertake no obligation to update, amend or clarify information in the Service or on any related website, including without limitation, pricing information, except as required by law. No specified update or refresh date applied in the Service or on any related website, should be taken to indicate that all information in the Service or on any related website has been modified or updated.
Availability
All items are subject to availability.
Prohibited Uses
In addition to other prohibitions as set forth in the Terms and Conditions, you are prohibited from using the site or its content:
(a) for any unlawful purpose;
(b) to solicit others to perform or participate in any unlawful acts;
(c) to violate any international and national regulations, rules, laws, or local ordinances;
(d) to infringe upon or violate our intellectual property rights or the intellectual property rights of others;
(e) to harass, abuse, insult, harm, defame, slander, disparage, intimidate, or discriminate based on gender, sexual orientation, religion, ethnicity, race, age, national origin, or disability;
(f) to submit false or misleading information;
(g) to upload or transmit viruses or any other type of malicious code that will or may be used in any way that will affect the functionality or operation of the Service or of any related website, other websites, or the Internet;
(h) to collect or track the personal information of others;
(i) to spam, phish, pharm, pretext, spider, crawl, or scrape;
(j) for any obscene or immoral purpose; or
(k) to interfere with or circumvent the security features of the Service or any related website, other websites, or the Internet. We reserve the right to terminate your use of the Service or any related website for violating any of the prohibited uses.
Liability
We do not guarantee that your use of our website will be uninterrupted, timely, secure or error-free, and we are not liable to you for any unavailability of, or interruption to, the website itself.
Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for:
- death or personal injury caused by our negligence or that of our employees, agents or subcontractors;
- fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation; or
- any other liability which cannot be limited or excluded by applicable law (including, where you are a consumer, your rights under the Consumer Rights Act 2015).
Subject to the paragraph above, our total liability to you in respect of any product purchased through this website, however arising and whether in contract, tort (including negligence), breach of statutory duty or otherwise, is limited to the price you paid for that product.
We will not be liable, whether in contract, tort (including, without limitation, negligence), pre-contract or other representations (other than fraudulent or negligent misrepresentations) or otherwise, for:
- any economic losses, including without limitation loss of revenues, profits, contracts, business or anticipated savings;
- any loss of goodwill or reputation; or
- any special, indirect or consequential losses,
suffered or incurred by you arising out of or in connection with these Terms.
You confirm that, in agreeing to these Terms, you have not relied on any representation other than those expressly set out in these Terms, and you agree that you shall have no remedy in respect of any other representation. Nothing in this paragraph limits or excludes our liability for any fraudulent or negligent misrepresentation.
Collaborations and bespoke projects
In instances where you supply us with any artwork, text, images, logos, designs or other content for use in a collaboration, bespoke or personalised product, you confirm that you own or have all necessary rights to use that content for this purpose, and that our use of it as instructed by you will not infringe the rights (including intellectual property rights) of any third party.
You agree to indemnify us against any reasonable losses, costs and expenses (including reasonable legal fees) that we incur as a result of any third-party claim that the content you have supplied, or our use of it as instructed by you, infringes that third party's rights.
This clause applies only to content you actively supply to us. It does not apply to your purchase or use of products from our standard range.
Intellectual property and right to use
You acknowledge and agree that all copyright, trade marks, design rights and all other intellectual property rights in any material or content supplied as part of our website — including, without limitation, product designs, patterns, illustrations, photography, written copy, the Storigraphic and Storihome name and logo, and the overall look and feel of the site — shall remain at all times vested in Storigraphic Limited or our licensors. You are permitted to use this material only as expressly authorised by us or our licensors.
The material and content contained within our website is made available for your personal, non-commercial use only. You may download or print such material onto your own device or in hard copy where reasonably necessary to make a purchase or to keep a record of your order. Any other use of the material and content of the website is strictly prohibited.
You agree not to (and agree not to assist or facilitate any third party to) copy, reproduce, transmit, publish, display, distribute, commercially exploit or create derivative works from any material or content on our website, in any medium or by any means, without our prior written permission.
Our product designs — including the patterns, illustrations and artwork applied to our products — are protected by copyright and, where applicable, by registered or unregistered design rights. Purchase of one of our products entitles you to use that product for its intended purpose. It does not transfer to you any ownership of, or licence in, the underlying designs or other intellectual property, and you may not reproduce the designs, apply them to any other products, or create derivative works from them.
Nothing in this section restricts your right to resell or otherwise transfer ownership of products purchased from us in their original, unmodified form. Wholesale and trade customers are subject to separate wholesale terms which include an express licence to resell our products in the ordinary course of their retail business.
Severability
In the event that any provision of these Terms of Service is determined to be unlawful, void or unenforceable, such provision shall nonetheless be enforceable to the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, and the unenforceable portion shall be deemed to be severed from these Terms of Service, such determination shall not affect the validity and enforceability of any other remaining provisions.
Termination
The obligations and liabilities of the parties incurred prior to the termination date shall survive the termination of this agreement for all purposes.
These Terms of Service are effective unless and until terminated by either you or us. You may terminate these Terms of Service at any time by notifying us that you no longer wish to use our Services, or when you cease using our site.
If in our sole judgment you fail, or we suspect that you have failed, to comply with any term or provision of these Terms of Service, we also may terminate this agreement at any time without notice and you will remain liable for all amounts due up to and including the date of termination; and/or accordingly may deny you access to our Services (or any part thereof).
Entire Agreement
The failure of us to exercise or enforce any right or provision of these Terms of Service shall not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
These Terms of Service and any policies or operating rules posted by us on this site or in respect to The Service constitutes the entire agreement and understanding between you and us and govern your use of the Service, superseding any prior or contemporaneous agreements, communications and proposals, whether oral or written, between you and us (including, but not limited to, any prior versions of the Terms of Service).
Governing Law
These Terms of Service, and any separate agreements under which we provide you with goods or services, are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of England and Wales. Any dispute arising out of or in connection with these Terms is subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you are a consumer resident in Scotland or Northern Ireland, you may also bring proceedings in the courts of the country in which you are resident.
Changes to Terms of Service
You can review the most current version of the Terms of Service at any time at this page. We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to update, change or replace any part of these Terms of Service by posting updates and changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check our website periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to our website or the Service following the posting of any changes to these Terms of Service constitutes acceptance of those changes.
