October brought an amazing opportunity for us when we were selected as one of just 16 brands to be part of Thrive Street London, an initiative curated and supported by Mary Portas, Mastercard, and Worldpay. The three-day event, held at Ely's Yard in the Truman Brewery, East London, proved to be far more than a retail showcase. 

As founders, Nic and Roz were there throughout the event, and what struck them most was the camaraderie of all the brand founders they met. Each had their own incredible story about how their products and businesses had begun and evolved, and these conversations became one of the highlights of the experience. There's something uniquely uplifting about being in a room with people who understand the challenges and joys of building a business from the ground up.

Meeting with Mary herself and discussing the current retail landscape was both insightful and energising. But equally memorable were the customers who came through the doors — people who took the time not just to shop, but to engage with the stories behind the products. These genuine connections are what make events such as this hugely rewarding.
