Preparation
Walls should be dry, clean and even with any old wallpaper or loose paint removed.
Pasting and Hanging
This is a paste the wall product meaning that the wall should be pasted not the paper. Detailed instructions on how to apply, paste and hang are included when you buy any of our rolls.
Returns
Unopened rolls can be returned within 28 days of purchase date.
Shipping & delivery details
All orders will be despatched via our UK postal service, Royal Mail, within 3 working days of payment and aim to arrive at your UK destination within 5 working days. International deliveries will take longer. All packages will have tracking numbers which will be included in your shipping notification email.
Orders can be picked up locally from our HQ, we are based in Shepreth, Cambridgeshire SG8 6PP. Select the option to 'pickup in store' when you are at checkout, and you'll be emailed once the order is ready to collect. (Please note our opening times are 9am-2.30pm, Monday-Friday for this service.)
