Shipping FAQs
Delivery: how long will it take to get my package?
All orders will be despatched via our UK postal service, Royal Mail, within 3 working days of payment and aim to arrive at your UK destination within 5 working days. International deliveries will take longer. All packages will have tracking numbers which will be included in your shipping notification email.
Please note: Royal Mail strikes will throw off our delivery advisory guidelines and will be subject to a delay of orders.
Orders can be picked up locally from our HQ, we are based in Shepreth, Cambridgeshire. Select the option to 'pickup in store' when you are at checkout, and you'll be emailed once the order is ready to collect.
Do you ship internationally?
Yes, we ship to certain countries. Our website will calculate the cost of shipping to your destination after you’ve added items to your shopping cart. Please be aware customs tax/duties may be applicable to your order dependent on your country/destination. Taxes will fall within the responsibility of recipient(s) and out of our jurisdiction to collect or control.
Christmas delivery dates
These are the current cut-off dates as advised by Royal Mail for safe delivery before Christmas Day.
- 8 December for all International orders
- UK Tracked delivery: Mon 18 December
Festive break period (22nd-28th December). We will still be taking orders over Christmas however please note these will not be fulfilled between the 22nd-28th. We begin despatching again on the 29th December.
What are your shipping costs?
UK order purchase value up to £30 — £3.50 Royal Mail Tracked Service (subject to delays if Royal Mail staff are striking).
Express Service via UPS courier — £7.99 (allow 1-4 business days).
International delivery — £25.00 Royal Mail Tracked Service.
Free delivery for orders over the value of £30 for customers in the UK — choose free Royal Mail UK shipping at checkout.
Can I send my order as a gift, directly to the recipient?
Yes! When you get to the checkout, you'll be able to enter your shipping address, as well as a separate billing address. We do not include invoices, pricing, or billing information in with orders.
