International deliveries will take longer. All packages will have tracking numbers which will be included in your shipping notification email.
Orders can be picked up locally from our HQ, we are based in Shepreth, Cambridgeshire SG8 6PP. Select the option to 'pickup in store' when you are at checkout, and you'll be emailed once the order is ready to collect. (Please note our opening times are 9am-2.30pm, Monday-Friday for this service.)
