Do you ship internationally?

Yes, we ship all over the world. Our website will calculate the cost of shipping to your destination after you’ve added items to your shopping cart.

Delivery: how long will it take to get my package?

All packages will be despatched via our UK postal service, Royal Mail, within 4 working days of payment. Most packages will not have tracking numbers, but if there is a tracking number associated with your order it will be in your shipping notification email.

Your order will be printed and made uniquely for you which means it will need a little time to prepare. Delivery times can vary depending on where you’re based and at what time of the year you place your order. Therefore, we advise 5-7 working days for UK based residents and up to 20 working days worldwide.

Can I send my order as a gift, directly to the recipient?

Yes! When you get to the checkout, you'll be able to enter your shipping address, as well as a separate billing address. We do not include invoices, pricing, or billing information in with orders.


What payment methods are accepted?

We accept payments using PayPal, Visa, Mastercard and American Express.

How do I place an order?

We have kept the order process as simple as possible. Once you have chosen your book, you will be prompted to input personalised information on the main book page before you 'Add to Basket'.

Once that's done, view your basket, double-check the personalised details you've typed and input any Gift Vouchers or Discount Codes you may have.

At checkout, you can either input your address details or if you're a returning customer, you'll see the address boxes are pre-filled for you. Select the type of postage you'd like and payment method, check our T&C's and then place your order.

Can I save my order and return to it?

Yes! We automatically save any order you've created, as long as you're signed in to your existing account and added the order to your basket.

How can I cancel or change my order?

If your order has been placed and not yet printed, get in touch with us via our contact page and our Storigraphic team will do all they can to cancel or change your order.

If the book has been printed and uniquely made for you, we cannot cancel or change your order.

Do I need an account to place an order?

Orders can be made without having an account.

How do I track my order?

If you have selected a tracked service for delivery, you will receive a tracking number by email from us. Once you have that, you can check where your package is via the Royal Mail track and trace page here

Otherwise, if you have been waiting longer than the advised time for delivery of your book, please do get in touch with us via our contact page and our Storigraphic team will do all they can to help.

Can I return my book for a refund or exchange?

Our books are printed and uniquely made for you, this means we are not able to accept returns or exchanges.

However, if we've made an error or there's a quality issue that you are not happy about, please do contact us and we'll get that fixed for you.
