A little insight into our...wrapping papers
Continuing on from our 'What does sustainability and caring for our environment mean for us?' post, we're shining a spotlight on some of our product ranges to provide further insight into how we work and what we do to keep our business as sustainable as possible.
As you all may know we are a small team of designers, with each one of us working happily across our products. When we started our wrapping paper range in late September 2020, we had a handful of designs, and a plan...that our range would be design-led, diverse and 100% recyclable — no plastics, glitter or foil, and using thicker grammage for the environmentally certified paper stock.
With production and manufacturing, supporting local and small businesses carried equal priority for us. So, we were super chuffed when we found our print partners, both companies being independent businesses specialising in sustainable practice with rigid environmental manufacturing processes, and situated not too far away from us.
Since those first handful of designs, we have developed determinedly and now stock over 35 varieties in our recyclable wrapping paper range, with many more to be launched throughout the year. Stay tuned, as we’ll be excitedly sharing them with you, ready to wrap things up.
